Friday also happened to be the hottest day of 2008 so far, I think it reached 97 degrees. Can you say hot, sweaty and sticky? Luckily Michelle whipped out a sprinkler for the kiddos to play in. Asher didn't really like it at first, probably because he kept making it go up his nose, but once he realized he shouldn't touch the sprinkler he warmed up to it.
Ella didn't seem as excited about the sprinkler as she did her huge Disney book. When/if I have a daughter I am definitely buying that book for her. She was loving that thing.
I am thankful for our friends and for their children. They are all such a joy to be around. I can't wait until Chris and I have children of our own to enjoy.....
Don't get too excited....it won't be for a while.
